We have had two HES students who had a house fire yesterday and have extensive damage to their home. We will be having a district wide hat day on Friday, March 14th, to support this family. Students can wear a hat for a $1.00 donation. You can also send extra donations of money, gift cards, or clothing to HES. We will ensure that the family receives these donations. The HHS golf team played in the Dumbwaiter Invitational Monday and Tuesday at Steelwood country club in Loxley, Al. This tournament had 5 2024 state champion teams, 5 state runner ups and 5 of the team are ranked in the top 100 golf teams in America and all teams will be contenders this year in their respective classifications (15 teams). Our boys put up a solid performance, finishing in the top half of the field. Congratulations to Hudson Lawson for an outstanding performance, finishing as runner-up in this elite competition! #onamission #HomeofChampions

HCS Parent Training-Milestones in Language Development for 2/19-Will Be Rescheduled

Due to extremely low temperatures in the morning that effect our buses, Haleyville City Schools will operate on a 2 hour delay tomorrow, February 20th, 2025. This should give us time to ensure buses are running routes without delay. We do not want students waiting at bus stops for extended periods of time.
