SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS TO BE DESTROYED: Haleyville City Schools will be destroying special education records for students that have been exited from our system for at least 5 years. Anyone wishing to claim these files must do so by calling 205-486-9231 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tentative date of destruction is set for June 30th, 2023.

E-Sports Team Members with the "Serve With Pride" award at the April school board meeting. In their first year of competition this team finished with a 5-3 record. Parents: Pre-Order forms for art came home last week for ALL HCS students! The framed art masterpiece is $25.00. PLEASE order now to avoid waiting in line and to ensure you get your child’s framed art on May 4th! There will be no reproduction orders this year so pre-order/pay is important.🙂Art will be for sale to the public on the night of show. On May 4th, visit your child’s homeroom to pick up the art, and enjoy a walking tour of the campus to see the great things your kids are doing!!! We love showing their skills and talents!! It’s PROM Week at HHS. All Junior parents are invited to help decorate the Armory today (Tuesday) through Thursday, beginning at 4:00 p.m. If you have tools, ladders, and skills to share we welcome your help.
Prom is this Friday, April 14th, at 8:00 p.m. All parents and visitors are welcome to visit, view, and take pictures on Friday from 4:30-6:30. Senior walk-out will begin at 7:30. Senior Walk-out is closed to the public but will be filmed and posted on the High School Facebook page as soon as it can be uploaded. As always, thank you for supporting our students and the events at HHS.

The AHSAA District 7 Meeting was held at Haleyville High School. They notified us that District 7 had 100% participation in legislative proposal voting. Thank you for your attendance and participation!
